The Goddess Diana

The namesake of our path is that of the Goddess Diana. You do not have to worship Diana or have Her be your main focus on the path; the Goddess is just our namesake.

Diana is a Roman Goddess who equated with the Greek Goddess Artemis and later evolved in Italy to be the Goddess of Witches.

Diana was a virgin Goddess, now this didn't relate to sex but meant she was free, unmarried, unbound to any man. Her symbols were the moon, hunting dogs, deer, bow & arrow (bows also form a crescent moon shape!), She was the Goddess of the hunt, nature, wild animals, the countryside, fertility, women, children, and protector of women in childbirth
